Dr. Michelle R. Achor, DPM

Dr. Michelle R. Achor is a highly experienced podiatrist dedicated to providing exceptional foot and ankle care to patients in Troy, Ohio and the surrounding communities. Inspired by personal experiences with diabetic foot complications within her family, Dr. Achor developed a passion for podiatric medicine early in her career.


She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University in Chicago, a globally recognized leader in podiatric education. Following graduation, she completed an intensive three-year surgical residency at a Level 1 trauma center in Toledo, Ohio, where she gained advanced training in both routine and complex foot and ankle procedures.


Since opening her private practice in 2008, Dr. Achor has provided comprehensive podiatric care ranging from routine nail treatments to advanced reconstructive surgery. She has also served as Chief of Podiatry at Upper Valley Medical Center and continues to contribute to the medical community through leadership roles and board involvement.


Dr. Achor is board certified by both the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She is known for her compassionate approach, clinical expertise, and commitment to delivering the highest standard of care to every patient.
